Running Coaching

Running literally changed my life and now one of the biggest sources of joy I receive is coaching all types of runners especially those who are working on their first half or full marathon. Success is a journey so let’s get ceirious about our goals and work together this season!

All plans include:

  • Saturdays are for long runs together! Each week will vary so we can train for hills and flat. Some weeks we’ll take field trips to NCR trail, Loch Raven, BWI loop!

  • Weekly check-ins on Strava & email. I will keep you accountable and encourage you throughout your training.

  • No matter where you are starting on your running journey, the number one goal I hear is: “I want to increase my speed!” or “I want to average a X-mile for this run”. These speed workouts will maximize your efforts so that you can feel and see results by your race day!

  • These workouts are here to support your body. In the past, most of the injuries my runners have sustained have been because of lack of strength training! I am all about strengthening the body to function for you sustainably.

  • Whether you are an experienced runner, coming back from an injury, or just starting, we will craft your run plan around whatever race day you have in mind!

  • Depending on which running plan you choose, long runs can be with our group or on your own! I will help you find a route long enough for you
