Running Coaching

Running literally changed my life and now one of the biggest sources of joy I receive is coaching all types of runners especially those who are working on their first half or full marathon. Success is a journey so let’s get ceirious about our goals and work together this season! We’ll hit the ground running (literally) with your unique plan tailored to the race day of your choice! In addition to your customized plan, Plan + Coaching + Run Club offers in-person Community Runs.

Half Marathons get a 12-week plan and Full Marathons get a 16-week plan. Here are the options for your personalized individual coaching plans:

Plan only: 12 weeks for $50 or 16 weeks for $75. This is for you if you would like a standard half or full marathon training plan with no coaching - just the plan.

Plan + Coaching: Your 12 week ($150) or 16 week ($200) marathon plan comes with unlimited access to coaching via email/text, participation in Monday night online strength workouts, and feedback in the Final Surge app. This is for you if you want consistent accountability and a customized plan for your running needs throughout your training plan.

Plan + Coaching + Run Club: you get everything in the previous two options PLUS in person community runs and maintenance coaching before/after your plan for a full 5 months! It is $400 for a half marathon plan and $450 for a full marathon plan.

Cancellation Policy

Your time and my time are both valuable. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee or deducted from your package.

If you are feeling sick or may be contagious, please reach out as soon as possible so we can reschedule. Taking care of your health, and the health of others, is always the priority.
