Jessi Ceiri is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Original Hot Yoga Instructor, Yoga Foster Kids Yoga Instructor, Level One Thai Bodywork Therapist, and RCAA Certified Running Coach. She currently works at Loyola University Maryland while also coaching clients and teaching in the Baltimore area.
As a trainer, Jessi has a passion for helping people incorporate fitness into their lives in a way that works for them. She believes movement should be accessible and sustainable for people of all ages. Jessi enjoys building workout programs that combine strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular training to create a well-rounded approach to fitness. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes balance, rest, and listening to your body, and she believes that combining physical fitness with personal development helps people build confidence and a lifelong relationship with movement.
Jessi teaches 90-minute Original Hot Yoga classes and holds a 300-hour yoga certification. She loves the mental and physical challenge that hot yoga offers and enjoys helping students develop strength, focus, and resilience through their practice.
She is also trained in Thai Yoga Bodywork, having completed a Level One Thai Bodywork Certification taught by Francisco Morales Bermudez. Jessi conducts comprehensive 90-minute sessions that incorporate massage techniques, assisted stretching, and traditional energy line work. Her bodywork practice is complemented by her knowledge of breathwork, meditation, and the history and principles of Thai massage, allowing her to offer a holistic approach to recovery and self-care.
As a runner, Jessi has participated in everything from Girls on the Run events and 5Ks to several marathons. She has ten years of experience coaching athletes for 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon distances. Coach Ceiri believes in a training approach that combines running with strength training and mobility work to help athletes arrive at the start (and finish) line healthy and strong.
Jessi is a former elementary school PE teacher and enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Outside of work, she loves reading, watching reruns of FRIENDS, and spending time with her two dogs. You can often find her relaxing on the couch with a good book (and probably thinking about pizza).

Claire
Claire was the kind of person that found every excuse to skip the mile in high school and would have laughed at you if you suggested she'd ever willingly run, until 2018 when she picked it up because it was a form of exercise that didn't require a gym. From there, she trained for a 10k before running her first 5k (just to really make sure she could run 5k) and got hooked from there.
Since getting the running bug she's raced roads (racing 5ks to marathons) and trails (peaking at a 50k race). She also navigated running through a complicated pregnancy and a postpartum running comeback. What she loves most about running is the chance to clear her head, spend time with friends, and the excuse to get outside. Claire's running superpower is consistency--no matter the weather, no matter what else is happening (her own wedding the night before), and no matter the hurdles, Claire will show up for that run. Whether she's running with the stroller, the training group, or solo, she almost never regrets a run. Thanks to Jessi, she's also gotten really into strength training (which has only made her running stronger).
Outside of running, Claire loves baking, cooking, and works in sustainability. She loves Baltimore and spends lots of her spare time volunteering with the Baltimore Community ToolBank among other organizations.

CoachAlly
Ally is an avid runner and ice cream enthusiast, always up for an adventure to run in a new spot.
Ally started running in 2020 during the pandemic, and started with one of Jessi’s 5k training groups - she couldn’t even run a mile without stopping! Now, she’s completed a 50k, several 5-hour trail races, and a marathon. Ally loves road or trail running and always loves company, on long runs especially.
When she’s not running, Ally works in IT at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and enjoys very, very slow walks with her husband and basset hound, Hank.
